SLK55 auto tranny
no i do not have an SLK but Im looking forward to get one soon in replacement for my old G35 sedan 6MT...
anyways, how is the auto tranny on the SLK55 AMG? im loving it because it offers the bigger power reserves from the factory and Im looking forward to dump some mods on it as well...
anyways, does the transmission have a choice of "semi-manual", meaning gear changes with buttons or paddle shifters? or is it purely automatic in which i have no choice whatsoever to make a gear selection??

Yes it has various modes...... Comfort which as the name suggests gives you relaxed fully automatic changes, Sport which is a more agressive full auto and Manual which gives full control via buttons or paddle shift (on 07 models).
If you like autos you will love the 7G.
