Any one have heard about the INVO TIRES (www.invotires.com) FROM NITTO TIRES? Are they better than Michellin Pilos Sport PS2?

Best regards.

No, Nitto sucks. Check www.tirerack.com for ratings. If you want the best value, I think Good Year Eagle DS3's are the best.

The Nitto Invo's are too new for there to be any useful ratings on tirerack. I called them and they admitted this. I called several dealers and there is not enough information available as yet. The old Nitto's were too harsh but the company information on the Invo promises a comfortable and quiet ride. One criticism I have heard is the sidewall is not very stiff. I could understand that since the tire was engineered to be comfortable. I am considering them myself since I want comfy/quiet over everything else. I have run Michelins the last 5 years and may not be able to tolerate another brand but we'll see.

I recently put on 19" Goodyear F1-DSG3's. So far, I am very happy with them. They are quiet, have good grip, are rated very highly and cost a lot less than Michelins. Michelins are probably better at the track, but unless you go, I doubt you'd feel a difference.
