HELP: car chargers don't work
My SLK has 2 car chargers: one for the cigarette lighter and in the passenger area. However, I have not been able to charge my cell phone on either one of them, recently.
My service rep tells me that they had already fixed a blown fuse recently, that may had been caused by something other than a cigarette lighter, such as a cell phone charger...
But I just tried 2 brand new chargers and they don't even get any power, let alone charge my phones... maybe another fuse has blown?
What gives?
Is it not possible to charge a cell phone in a 2007 SLK?
If it helps, the phones I charge on it include:
* a Samsung Blackjack,
* a Motorola Razr ,
* and LG Chocolate
Thanks!

For what its worth, I've been charging my Verizon Razr on all three MB's without any problems.
Try the cigarette lighter to see if it gets hot. If not, sounds like another fuse.
