Moleman - yes, with some caveats - it will fit for sure if you have 18 inch rims. I'm pretty sure it will clear with 17's, but do not know for sure...
Obviously you will want disks to match as well.

some slow@$$diesels
we installed (pre 2009) SLK55 and SLK55 [030] brakes (front and rear) in several 203s, 209s and 171s...fits without a problem

Not in my car moleman, but I have a friend who did - we replaced calipers and disks. The thing you need to keep in mind is that you don't have the brake fluid cooler in your '350 that's standard in the SLK55.
