hi i have a problem with my convertible and when i tried to put it down the message on the car says "close partition trunk" and i did... but doesnt work so i brought it to the dealer and the dealer says the clip is either broken or loose. i dont want to pay for it and thought that i could fix it myself... i need some help on how to uninstall the back liner of the inside trunk where the clip is at... can someone help me with that? with picture would be awesome... thank you

 

I've had my '06 SLK 350 for 3 months and have much to learn. Just what is this "clip"? I'll do some looking at my car and try to help.
