SLK/R171: Fuse (f3) keeps blowing - need help !

Fuse (f3) keeps blowing - need help !
Hello every one I have a 1999 slk 230. The fuse F3 in the K40 relay keeps blowing. I have already soldered the k40 and the fuse F3 keeps blowing. I have already ordered a new k40. It should be here in 2 days but before I put the new k40 in, it would be great if any one can tell me please what does the F3 fuse protect or what is it connected to.

Hi thanks for replying back to me. i dont have a manual the vin WDB1704471F115854
the car is imported from japan 3 years a go if you can tell me please what the fuse f3 in the k 40 oprates or protects that will give me an idea to trace the problem because the fuse f 3 keep poping up i did order new k 40 i didn't put it in yet i like to know what is poping the f3 fuse thanks in advance for your help

I did by the new k 40 I put it in and the fuse f3 still blowing up when I take plug A off from the k40 the fuse f3 ok but the car crank but want start what is the last plug on the k40 what is it for plug A because
