Arrow SLK200 W171: Engine won't start, please help. (Multiple Warning Lights on, see inside

Dear Fellow Drivers,

Introduction

I own a SLK200 W171. Everything was fine and dandy until I decided to change the headlight to Xenon Headlight and the mechanic who did the modification didn't even use a notebook or any third party device to connect the car and scan the system. He basically said that if he did it fast enough the SRS won't kick in, and after his work is done. The installation of Xenon Headlight worked fine, here's a picture:

The problem and how what I've tried so far...

The car ran fine without any warning lights showing for a day. I turned on the ignition to start the car the next day to find the following warning lights on. Tried hitting the ignition several times after, but it only made a soft whurrrr noise.

(SRS, ABS, ESP, Parking Brake Engaged, Fasten Seat Belts, Engine, Gas Lights are on)

I figured the newly installed Xenon LED Headlight must've drained out the remaining what's left of my battery. So I replaced it with a new battery, fully powered. That didn't work out as well, leaving me with the same result as earlier picture shown. Now I know that the problem isn't with the battery, since the electrical system inside are still working efficiently. Now I am in the dark..... Called up a mechanic to had him come over to run some diagnostic scan and here are the only pictures I am able to get my hands on.

I wasn't able to get my hands on the full diagnostic scan the mechanic did. Now I regret that.

What are the steps I should take to get my car working properly again?

Please fellow drivers, help me and do comment with anything if possible!

Obviously, I am trying to cut costs before going to stealership so I am in for DIY, please save me!

Standard alternator voltage/battery drain tests. Pretty much the same as a 1957 Buick.

But fact that somebody was monkeying around should give you place to start.
