I am trying to help my nephew with his 09 SLK 300. The AC occasionally will blow cold air but most of the time it is blowing what ever the currant outside temperature is. I have checked,and there is Freon. It seems the AC clutch is engaging but it does not seem to disengage if the switch is shut off at the console. The car has about 78K miles on it and am located in south Florida ( sorry Northern's) were it is a bit warm. Any help would be appreciated.
