Here is yet another glowing SLK r171 review. To sum up the review, the article ends with the following paragraph:
"Everyone who liked the old one will surely love the new one, but those attracted to a BMW Z4 or a Porsche Boxster should love it, too. Yes, the SLK -- especially the 200 Kompressor, throaty-voiced king of the twisty road -- is a real sports car. Seems Mercedes-Benz can do it if it really tries."
