Hi folks have been reading the board from the side lines for a few weeks now and have finally decided to take the plunge and get registered, its nice to be here finally and hello to you all.... have a quick opening question that I think I have not seen posted yet....I saw the repeat program on 5th gear tonight with the some what short but very positive SLK350 Review but also what interested me was the item on run flat tyres.

Can anyone shed some light on this subject if it’s on the available on the new SLK350 I have ordered due for June 04 build with factory collection July...04

Upside as I see it more boot space and cost for tyre warn system 50squid plus another 52 squids 4d shallow boot modification...

Downside cost of tyres/option cost if avail from mb factory

Good or bad points appreciated as I have spec'd the car 3 weeks ago but will need to make a final decision v soon ...
