2005 Mercedes SLK350
new steering wheel?



i don't think we get those two wads of aluminum behind teh buttons on the steering wheel on the production model, do we? they look kinda cool.

it looks like it used to have a silver backing in the center console. i think that would have looked kinda cool too.

i think the two pictures above are from pre-series SLK! no actual slk has these silver buttons and center-console. also the rpm-counter has changed, look at this picture:



there is no gauge for oil-temp, only one for fuel capacity

that is tape covering it up. Notice the mercedes star, and in other pictures, the whole center console being covered in the same tape?
