Rotor stuck on park brake

Hi,
First time poster. I am putting new rotors and brake pads on my SLK350. The right side went without a hitch on the rear left I cannot take off the rotor because it is stuck on something (held back by a spring that retracts) from what it feels like. After some googling I have decided that it is the park brake. After some more internet research I have to admit that I cannot see where the access hole to release the park brake would be.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Make sure the cable is released all the way, otherwise you may need to bang it off and rust can cause issues.
