I stopped by the dealership on my lunch break talked to a salesman who showed me 2 350's 1 silver sticker $52000 w/options 1 LE about $60000? w/options I could buy either for only $10,000 over sticker!!!! I might of done it if I did not already have my AMG on order (come on November hurry up and get here) The LE was beatiful with the tobacco brown leather. Salesman used all the usual hardball lies 1 I got a person in 1 hr whos going to buy this car if you don't 2 AMG? those will not be out for almost a year an gonna be $80,000 ...yea right Wolf

Since your dealer is selling at over list price, might he also sell the first group of SLK55's the same way, to those willing to pay extortion. That could affect ordered cars. Keep an eye on him. It wouldn't be the first time that a dealer sold someones car out from under them to a customer willing to pay a premium. Thankfully, my dealer has a firm rule not to sell vehicles at over list price except perhaps an SLR.
