New car
Just bought a 2008 slk55 amg and it seems to really ride rough,it has Pirelli zero tires on but I’m thinking maybe the shocks are shot,the car has 93000 miles and I know they have never been changed,if so what does everyone recommend for a softer ride
also do most people change oil from the bottom or top with extractor

Change oil from the bottom as there are 2 drain plugs.
The SLK55 AMG has the following AMG suspension which is a sports car that includes:
· Independent 3-link front suspension w/coil springs over gas-pressurized shock absorbers, antidive geometry
· Independent 5-arm multilink rear suspension w/separate coil springs, shock absorbers, antisquat & alignment control
· Front & rear AMG-calibrated coil springs & shock absorbers· Front & rear lowered ride height & stabilizer bars· 225/40ZR18 front & 245/35ZR18 rear high performance tires
· Vehicle-speed-sensitive pwr rack & pinion steering

Thank you so much, is gas mileage really bad,I’m getting 12.9 although I just got it a few days ago,the only thing I’m not crazy about is getting in and out of,I’m 74 years old but love this car
