2011 SLK300 I disconnected the neg. battery terminal and replaced my radio with an after market Kenwood. I used a wire harness adapter and bypassed the amplifier. It was a clean install and I reconnected the neg. battery terminal, the radio worked perfect. However, I had all sorts of issues as; fuel gauge stopped working,back tail lights flickered randomly with key off, windows didn't not drop when opening the door, key remote didn't work, turn signals did not work, check engine light came on, etc..... Has this problem ever happen before? I have a auto tech comming Monday to run a scan diagnose on the car, but would love any feedback!
