IRIDIUM SILVER, BERRY RED SLK350 from LOKEY CLEARWATER!
Hey Everyone,
I would like to say thank you to everyone here who has contributed so much useful information. I got my car about two weeks ago and have been having too much fun with it, I finally got a chance to post!
I had a 2005 SLK350 on order in a 6 speed Diamond silver with berry interior, options 317, 319, 320, 321 and 326, I placed the order in November and couldn't wait for the car to be built, I ended up having my salesman from Lokey (Clearwater) locate me a similar vehicle of course I had to give up on the 6 speed and take an automatic, I had test driven both an auto and 6 speed prior to making the decision and must admit that I don't regret getting an automatic, and believe me I'm all about a manual. I also had to get Iridium silver instead of diamond silver which isn't a big deal. I also ended up getting the heating package since this car had it. I really enjoy the heating package and would have missed out big if I had passed on it. I also got the extended warranty for 7 yrs, the paint protection and the wheel protection plan, lets just say that I paid a lot for all of these options. Lokey managed to give me $1,000.00 off, all season mats (rubber) as well as the standard mats, I wanted the all season to help keep the carpet ,they also threw in a key chain, license plate frame and clear cover. The frame does not say Lokey and there are no stickers. I promised I would advertise in ways other then my car being turned into a billboard. The salesman's name is Bob Devolbde and the phone number for Lokey is (727) 530-1661 . The car was located in Jacksonville, they didn't even charge me for transport from Jacksonville to Clearwater.
