Going through car wash track with different tread/width wheels

I noticed my 2015 SLK driver side wheels got scratch marks every time after it went through car wash tracks.

The AMG wheels are different sizes and on different treads front and back, the car wash track can't compensate the difference, so I guess it was pulling it a little sideways and the metal tracks are rubbing against my wheels.

I wonder if this will eventually ruin my wheel alignments?

Meaning you're going to continue to use the car wash even though its scratching the rims?

Doubt it would affect alignment

Thank you for you comment.
I hand wash my cars most of the times, but I go through car wash after rains.

My cars are garage to garage almost always, rarely got to a point that daily use of "California Duster" can't take care them. And it doesn't rain that much in L.A anyway.

The scratch marks on the rims are on the edge and are very light, a coat of wax can take care most of it.
I'm more concern about alignment as it'll affect expensive tires.
