Turn signals inoperative!!

Recently, my turn indicators stopped working. The problem seemed to be heat related as the problem came and went in this hot Texas sun. When the car cools down, they start working again. I checked the fuses. All OK. I think that it could be a faulty relay, but I can't determine which relay and where it is located in the car.

Does anyone know where I can obtain a wiring diagram for a 2012 SLK250 (specifically for the turn indicators)? MB is reluctant to release any information on such unless you bring your car in and allow them to trouble shoot the problem for a few hours.

Any help would be appreciated.
