Question Scary-Why does my car do that?

Guys,
Yesterday was scary. It was just a little wet after raining as I was driving locally. There is a sharp curve when I saw no other cars, so I gave it a little gas and see how fast the car can go around a corner (30 mph). The car was fine until... until exiting the corner. You know how we return the steering wheel to neutral after a turn, well the car felt like it wanted continue turning and not coming back to straight line. Eventually it did come back straight but already ended up in the opposite lane. Am I lucky that no one was there! And I didn't feel any tire slide at any point. I am very confused, is it the car, the tires? or me? It shouldn't be me because I have several other cars none behaves like that.
Any input will be helpful.

I believe that's oversteer

check your tires (tread and psi)
go to performance driving school
you'll be all set

Tires are fine. pressure is fine. Rear tire has more meat than front.
The back doesn't slide at all.

what exactly happened?
I thought you meant your back stepped out.
You're saying it felt like it didn't want to go straight, how'd you know?
was it from the steering or the direction of the car?

if that's true then you should've been understeering...
your car went wide on the turn didn't it?

are you sure you didn't plow/understeer?

MB SLK 350 with pathetic amg parts
sounds dangerous! don't do it on a normal road regardless if its empty. Perhaps teh track. Especially if it was raining. What I do sense it was is a a bit of oil on the surface. When that happens, there is not much electronics can do to assist you against the force of nature and physics.
