roll bars
interior wood pieces
headers (under construction right now)
exhaust
oil catch can
new intake (under construction now)
upgraded intercooler including remote reservoir in the trunk
Koni yellow adjustable shocks
LSD
Also considering leather/pleather/marine vinyl on the center console and lower dash and Alcantara headliner.
Clearly I need help...

Yes, Phantom Grip is the only option for an SLK32. Wood pieces game from myroadster.net. I like the Koni's. It is nice to have an adjustable setup but there is sometimes a fine line between comfort and bouncy.
