I don't think so but Vadim will have to answer for sure. the collector flange may be bigger than stock so the flange on the primary cats would need to be changed to make the size.

 

Production has started, I will have more pictures early next week.

Are these with stock flange size? or increased?

 

Flanges are 1/4'' larger than stock. Same as the ones on 55 Kompressor HEMs.

 

So you have to alter the stock exhaust for it to fit?

 

will there a be an o2 bung on the exhaust manifold? cause i know on the stock exhaust manifold our o2 sensor is connected there.

 

Headers will be direct replacement for stock manifolds. No cutting will be required and O2 sensors will be functional, just like stock.

 

Nice!!!! I can't wait to see what they look like installed! As far as installing them, on a scale of 1-10 (1 being easiest) how would you rate these?

I came over from a muscle car where the headers came in from under the car and slipped into place.

 

You will need to raise the engine on one side to slip them in.

Now on Crossfire it might be different. If you like, we can try on your car and see how they work.

Here is first production version. We had to use a donut, which is a tightest bend possible, to make the turns.

I should have first set done by the weekend and going to coating.

I recommend headers as part of a package with intake, pulleys, software and ECU. Steve's SLK is pretty much has everything on it.

I am expecting 370s RWHP out of this package.

As soon as they are back on the car we are going to the dyno for a tune.

Vadim i got alittle creative but i think it would like good on the amg airboxes or for engine stickers for you guys in the future.
