2002 SLK32 AMG
Underhood Insulation
Hi Guys...
I know heat is the enemy of good performance in our SLK32's. Has anyone tried removing the insulation attached to the underside of the hood to let heat dissapate faster? Will this make the hood too hot and mess with the paint?

Thanks, I searched SLK forums and couldn't find anything. I should have thought to look at the crossfire forums...that's where the best performance information for the 32AMG engine resides.
