Sell 2002 SLK32 for 2005 SLK350?

Sell 2002 SLK32 for 2005 SLK350?
I am thinking to sell my 02 SLK32 which has 33k on it for a coming SLK350. ( I can't afford SLK55 atm) I know SLK350 is not AMG and I will lose 80hp if I go for it. But I really like the looks of new SLK. What do you guys think? Am I crazy or you would go for it?

I was recently in the market for buying a 2004 SLK32, and was so eager about the car that I drove to the dealership every week to satisfy my mind. I told my self I would finally get the car in January, but that is when I found out about the 350 & 55's.
I immediatly forgot about the 32, and ordered a 350. After a few more reads, I decide what the hell, lets make that order to a AMG (back in late March), then I wasn't happy with being 3rd on the dealer list, and cancel the order to a 1st position order at a different dealership.
My point: The SLK32 is a beautiful car, but to me, style comes before speed.
And if you can afford a 32 (I'm guessing you bought it new?) then you should not have too hard of a time with a 55. The price of the 55 is expected to be about 10% more than a 32.
Whatever you choose to do, you are driving a Benz, and that's all that matters!

sl and M-class E320 4Matic SLK350
In Taiwan I'll bet the SLK55 is a lot more than the SLK350 compared to the differential in the US. I know the E500 (over the E320) is about ten grand more to get in markets outside the US. Apparently one factor here is that various other governments really penalize for the higher horsepower way in excess of what we get stuck with by our gas guzzler tax.
