I've had my SLK32 for two years now and for nearly the entire ownership I have not been able to solve my supercharger. It seems like everything points to the intercooler pump not working. The supercharger works on a cold start, but once warmed up it disengages until it can air cool eventually. I checked the fuses I found mentioned in the forum, and I replaced the intercooler itself. I thought initially I did a bad crimp job with the intercooler, but I have now recrimped the new intercooler pump 3 times and I still have the same issue.

I'm ready to drive to the stealership but I'm hoping someone here has anything else to try before I break my wallet?

Have you tried replacing the relay/fuse for the intercooler pump?
