Looks like a 3 series. I have never seen this, but the car body looks old to me. Could this have been a test, or maybe someone customized it on his or her own car?

I could be mistaken, but when I was in Europe last week I believe I saw a prototype in a current auto magazine of an upcoming BMW with a folding hard top. Seems it had the rear back seat too like the CLK. Might be a Europe only model. Peugot has a cute 4 seat folding hardtop convertible.
