My sweet new slk55
Hi everybody,
At the begging I would like to thank each one of you for posting all the information about the R171. It became like an addiction to me because every morning when I come to the office the first thing I check after I switch on my Pc is the MBWORLD FORUMS for new information.
After waiting for longer than a year for my car, it arrived yesterday at the dealership so I am going to pick it today after they add the extra accessories on it. Even thought when I went yesterday to have the first look at it I had butter fly’s in my stomach but it was nothing but a beautiful car.
The dealership were very good to me because when the car arrived at the VPC center at the beginning of the month and after I sold my old car, the car was delayed due to the weather. But the dealership couldn’t leave with out a car so they gave loaner car for free to drive for 3 weeks and guess what they gave me an SL500 05 brand new Black on Black what a car I loved it. That will be my next car in the future an SL55.
My car options are:
Iridium Silver Metallic
Red/Black Leather
Lighting Package
Entertainment package with Navigation
Premium Package
AIRSCARF neck level heating
Hands-Free Communication System
CD Changer
EXTRAS:
Illuminated Door Sills AMG logo
Roll bars
Tinted windows

Can you please find out the part number for the AMG door sills with AMG logo? My dealer does't seem to know where to find them.
And out of curiosity....what roll bars are you getting installed?

The part Number for illuminated AMG door sill panels (B6 602 1027)
and for AMG not illuminated is (B6 602 1046).
I will have my not illuminated AMG door sill panels for sell next week if you are intrested.
the roll bars are chrome-plated stainless steel
