Happy with your SLK55?
Guys I was considering a c55 or clk55 because I am getting rid of my c32. Should I get the slk55 instead? I can manage with a two seater car now that I am getting a G to haul around people.
I am going to get a 2005 used one so I want to get a good deal on it. Regardless, how many of you owners have had too many problems to be happy with your car.
WHat things do you dislike about the car?
Can you fit golf clubs in the back?
HOw does the quality inside and out feel to you?
Anyone here regret getting one?

SLK 55
Don't regret it at all. Love the car. You can fit a Ping type carry bag in the back with the top up. To put the top down, you need to take the woods out and put them in the passanger seat.

But it will come down to you actually test driving the car. Call up your dealer, and let "you" choose for yourself. In the end, you're buying the car for yourself, not us.

The SOUNDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDD AND ENGINE
The lo0o0oks of the car ...
The Seat , The drivers position...
The Power of the car is out of this world...
Quality is acceptable if you are comparing with the SL ... but in its class its great
Cons:
Too much torque to handle ... and to keep the power down with no LSD
Steering feel isn't my cup of tea ( compared to my Porsche 996 C2 )
Lack of steering feedback .. (some what virtual feel)

highly recommended ...
