1001 mile mark and.....

Tonight I decided to go out for a drive to break the 1000 mile mark. I couldn't wait any longer, so I drove for 1 1/2 to get to the 1000.

It was 11:35 pm and as soon as I got to the 1000 I pulled to the left to a dead stop. Changed to S mode and .......... HHHHHHOOOOOLLLLLYYYYY Sss hhhh *&^% ttttt!!!! It definetively feels strnger and faster then the C32 and the sound it's just awsome!!! It perfectly got to redline and shifted perfectly.

To me it felt that the 2 gear is very short and the strongest pulled is felt actually on 4th gear!!!

On the first pass I was already at 140MPH's!!!! and I let it go.

I drove for 3 or so miles at 65 and decided to floor it on 'D'. WOWWW, I didn't even feel it shifting down at all and the car was (I presume 3rd gear...but I maybe wrong) very strong and it pulled really hard. I backed down at 110 this time.

Then near my house, I decided to use the paddles to put the car on 1st gear....dead stop and ESP off........Mama mia!!! It spinned the wheels without any effort and went a little bit sideways....the sound was awsome and once again it feels really strong going to and starting 4rth gear!!

All I can said is WWWWWWOOOOOOOWWWWW!!! I love it!!!

Now I have to start playing with the S mode and the paddles more!

Nice!!!! About time though...how the heck did you keep it in C and not to redline all this time!!! I've only got 500miles now and i have to confess that i can't resist every once in a while tickling redline and hammering kickdown!!!

Congrats!!!

It's better if you gently bring the car to redline after you've hit 1000miles. Ok, it's not really necessary. But during the first 1000miles, you need to vary RPM as much as possible, and then when you get to 1000miles, begin to increase the rpm over the course of the next few hundred miles.

But this is nit picking, I don't think it will make much difference

Good to hear you're enjoying your car, I love mine!

I know I'm supposed to increase load "gradually"....it's in the big sticker on the front window....but c'mon....I could't resist any longer!! I had to do it!! I promise to be a good boy and increase RPM's in the next few couple of hundreds of miles
