Car Cover Question

Any members here buy the MB car cover for their SLK? If so, what are you thoughts on the quality as well as covering their cars for any length of time.

My SLK stays parked in the garage but I thought I might buy the cover and use it since I'm not sure how much I'll be driving the car going into winter (even in the garage, the car gets dusty). Any concerns I should have using the cover? The website shows it as breathable so that's good I assume.

Any thoughts would be appreciated.

car cover

Hi Guy's

try www.perfomanceproducts.com
It was for a C-32 then got one for a 2003 CLK5.5 AMG . They have several grades . I've always gotten the more expensive one , that helps protect against Small dents and dings , while in the grage. You know broom handles . Bicycles & such . It was about $193.00

Take care ___PTE___

I have the MB covet. Paid about $200. It is a quality cover, and easy to put on. You will need to add a second tie down towards the nose of the car. With just the single tie in the middle, wind will blow off the cover in the front. MB should have tested the cover and addressed this obvious problem.

SLK car covers

Got my SLK cover from http://www.carcoversplus.com

They make the covers for M-B and they had 100 SLK covers available a few months ago for a reduced price of $130 delivered to my house in one week. It fits perfectly, has the M-B logo on it.

Check them out and maybe they have some left. They are kind of hard to find on the web site, just call them instead.
