Had the SLK out in Valley Forge Park over this weekend. Unusually warm weather allowed for top down motoring.

Thanks.
I see that you added a supercharger to your SLK.
Could you discuss or direct me to a previous post about this process?
Where did you purchase it from? Who installed it? Any affect to factory warranty?

Evo Pulleys + Kleemann Kompressor Kit? Smells like BS to me unless you can back this up with proof.

Novabenz, beautiful car!

Thanks for the compliment.
That's about 5 coats of Zaino on the paint to hopefully bring out the shine.
I went the short cut route and didn't do the clay bar treatment. However, the Zaino really seems to make the metallic paint sparkle.
Also, in the sunlight, I really like the way the metallic black looks. It seems to have more depth then the standard black IMHO.
I've found out today that the R170 short antenna is in stock, and hopefully that will be in place shortly, along with a plexiglass windscreen also ordered directly from Germany with an approximate $300.00 cost delivered.

You PM'd me indicating the Kompressor was too pricey. Weren't you opting for the ECU reprogramming & a pulley = 400 Hp?

BTW, you can't put a pulley on a Kleemann blower motor. Why are you listing mods to your car that have not been installed?

I know what you're saying, I also clay'd my car for the first time. It's not so complicated and truly does magic for the car. I'm waiting for my antenna to ship as it's on its way from Germany.

Regarding the windscreen, is that OEM MB?

Again, enjoy that beautiful car and let the modding begin.

Yes, the windscreen is OEM Mercedes Benz.
For some reason ordering it directly from Germany allows for the lower price.
I had to wire the funds from my bank account and hopefully this all works out.
The guy's direct email address, if you'd like to email him is: Langer.waldemar@autohaus-schaefer.de

CP1:
Yes, there are definately alot of deer hopping about in Valley Forge Park at this time of year.
So far, the SLK has avoided any direct contact with them.
