...............congratulations and welcome to the 11's. I saw your post and replied to it in the C32/C55 forum. As you noticed your best time was without the brake-torque method. It is not that break-torque method is bad, it is just that for our cars (Kleemann S7/S8) wheel spin is particularly a problem because as we have discussed before most of the torque is in the very low end. For me starting in second gear decreases wheel spin, for your not using break-torque accomplishes the same goal.........various ways to skin a cat(well as an aside, I always wondered who in the hell would want to skin a cat, but I digress). I think we are capable of mid 11's. Again, conratulations.

Thanks! I'll have to also try the 2nd gear launch in the future. I was just totally stoked on the 11.997 (even though it's only practically a 12.0 for all intensive purposes). Hoping to be in the 11.70's with drag radials.
