Will SLK55 AMG muffler fits CLK500??

Will SLK55 AMG muffler fits CLK500??
I'm planning on getting Kleemann exhaust for my SLK55 but feel really wasted to throw away the current AMG. Luckily one of my friend is interested, but he is driving CLK500. I'm not sure if the exhaust would fit him? Thanks for your input.
