Pics on your PC:
On the bottom, there's a Manage Attachments button, click that and it'll bring up a new window, Browse for the pics on your pc and click on the upload button when you are done, then submit your reply.
Pics on the internet:
Right click on the picture and get the url, copy that url. Click on the image pic then a popup window will appear, paste the url there and click the OK button. Then submit your reply, please send $100 to my paypal account.
