MBWorld Fanatic!
if the car he drives is british its either a pos that barely runs or its built by a british car firm that has been bought by an american or german firm such that it does not go under.
either way its not exactly an honor to drive a british car these days.
nice nation, good people, but not the best automobile builders. not someone to go around mocking an SLK55.

2005 SLK 55 AMG / Iridium Silver
Ive owned 5 Lotus's (Esprit, Esprit Turbo, Elan and a few Elise's) and now own an SLK 55 AMG. It ticks a lot more boxes I can tell you. (And the SLK starts everytime I turn the key - even if its been left sitting for more than a week.)
I'm English, live in London and agree that there are some amazing cars built/designed/engineered etc in the UK, but most of the really good ones are far too specialist to be daily drivers. The germans seem to have the performance market for 'daily drivers' spot on.
