I have a 07 BMW 550 love the car and it's only a couple months old, I'm having some issues with BMW of north America and very disapointed with there customer service, which brings me to my question I owned an 02 E55 which I sold and replaced it with the BMW my MB dealer called and told me has got in trade a 07 SLK55 2800 miles with Nav, P3 pkg, air scarf, lighting pkg, pre blue tooth wire setup the color OB Black/ Black Gray int. He would sell me the car for 62K if I push and because they sold me my E55 I might be able to do better but not much, I will take a hit on the BMW but there is a tax advantage, any thoughts on this as a daily driver and the switch what I mostly fear is this a smart move and the lack of space.

Thanks for any feedback BTW the dealer also has a NEW 06 SLK55 in Mars Red everything the black one has but no lighting pkg, or pre wire for blue tooth I could get that for 58500

If you want used, you can't do better than that... it just depends on the price you want to pay. Some MB dealers have nothing left in their allocation for the SLK55, so all 2007's are practically sold. If you want an SLK55, carpe diem.

Just make sure that BMW doesn't juice you on returning the 550.

I'm not returning the BMW to BMW I might trade it, I know the most I will get on trade is 54K but it's a $3700 tax advantage so I would need to sell it out right for at least $58 or more it's a big hit and it's a catch 22 if I wait until the weather gets better and get a better price on the BMW the slk55 will probably be gone, but you never know the 06 has been sitting there for 4 months.
