Could you give us an update on the CF program for the W204 c-class, in particular the C63?

Also, as someone mentioned earlier, for future vehicles like the W204, would it be possible to retain the lip above the exhaust pipes? Speaking for myself, what I would like to see for the C63 is virtually the same diffisuer in carbon fiber, however with larger more aggressive fins but everything else being an identical copy.

The SLK version looks just about perfect, just missing the lip/ledge above the pipes. Sorry to nitpick

The carbon spoiler is also EuroTeck, although the one on my car is still a prototype. I believe they're also working on front spoiler (lip) and mirrors in carbon fiber

No Frank, there is not just one carbon spoiler out for the car you know. We made Alex his spoiler at our shop in a day and a half since our production run was not done yet.

And you can count on my command as well. I'm from Switzerland, Europe and I would be failing not just talk about your work if you engage also in Europe. Congratulations on your achievement and I expect the price and availability and so on ..

Yeah, what's the latest news regarding this? It's been half a year since the talk started, surely shouldn't take this long to prepare a few CF bits.

The diffuser got pushed back majorly. We had to redesign it due to fitment issues, then we were busy with other projects and put it to the side. As of now the ETA is not yet definite. But maybe by early 09.

I appreciate you are trying to keep us informed but posting private PM or emails are forbidden in this forum. Can I suggest you re-write it as though its you interpritting the email? Not all know the forum rules but many of us learn as we go as I have...don't want to see any members banned or put on probation due to not knowing or following the rules
