Can I make the Horn Chirp when I lock the car with the Key
Is it possible to get the horn to chirp when I lock my car with the key fob. I understand that it is possible but was wondering if it is something I can do myself or do I have to take the car in to have it programmed to do so. Thanks in advance.

X2. No offence intended here, but surely the HORN chirping would just be downright EMBARASSING!! Here in the UK, very few car alarms these days - either standard or aftermarket systems - have the irksome chirpsome. It just ain't cool to have anything other than a couple of winks of the indicators.

Yes, I dislike the horn beeping. I like the way my SLK is set up...very faint curps and light patterns for lock an unlock. If you are locking from distance just look at the lights. You will see the difference between the two.

Horn-chirping is lame and annoying. If you like that sort of thing why didn't you just buy a Mustang?
