How do I replace my door pins and the door pin surrounds
Hey everyone,
I just got some new door pins and door pin surrounds. I am pretty sure from the search I did that I just use a towel on the pins, to take the old ones off, and then screw the new ones on.
But how do I replace the surrounds? I dont see how I can unscrew the surrounds since there is no surface to use to unscrew them??? Thanks in advance.

The pins will unscrew just fine. You might need some tools to get a good hold of them, but if you place a towel around, the original pins won't be damaged when you do so.
I don't know about removing the surrounding bit however... I've only replaced the pins themselves with B-class chrome pins.
