ECU UPGRADE ETC

Was wondering if anyone can point me in the right direction for some enhancements to the Slk55 amg

Ecu Upgrade/ Lowered Springs along with the 19" Rim size required to run 265/30 rears and the offset number for the rim.

Thanks

I'm using Powerchip Group ecu flash in my SLK 55, but using Speed Innovation ecu flash for my CLK 500. I think the Powerchip Group flash is a bit more aggressive; need to run 92 octane on their "91 Octane" flash. Don't recall the offset on the wheels, but Tirerack can provide that data for you. Springs, I am using Eibach/Brabus. H&Rs are also available, but they are a bit stiffer I am told. Height can be adjusted via the Mercedes pad system.

No problem. There is A LOT of great information on this forum, problem is it is sometimes difficult to find. Great information on lowering, the pad system (pads are numbered 1 thru 4 by Mercedes depending on thickness of the pad), exhaust options (resonator delete, x-pipes, headers, cats, mufflers, etc.), power pulleys, wheels, brakes, ecu upgrades, supercharging, carbon fiber pieces, antenna options, etc.

Tuning high end cars is not only expensive, but sometimes you can go in the wrong direction. If you have questions, feel free to PM me and I can hopefully point you in the right direction.
