2/20/10 Northern California SLK Enthusiasts Meet & Drive
Mercedes-Benz SLK roadster owners are invited to meet rain or shine Saturday, February 20, 2010 for display of their cars at 10:30 A.M. in the parking lot just east of Mexico Lindo at 6690 Koll Center Pkwy, Pleasanton, CA:http://maps.google.com/maps?f=q&sour...94566&t=h&z=16
We will leave around 11:30 on a California back roads drive down through the hills between the tri-valley and the bay. We will have a couple of stops, including one at the Cemetery in Dublin where a rescuer from the Donner expedition is buried. The second historical stop will be the Alviso Adobe, a short distance away in Pleasanton.We will then head over through the hills for a nice lunch at the beautiful Callippe Golf Course:
