Change from Kilometers to MPH
I have tried to find how to change from Kph to MPH in the lower dash board display where the cruise control details are shown.
I can't find it in the user manual can anyone please help?

Sure, it's under the "Instrument Panel" settings on you setup menu. There's a huge possibility that the menu is disabled, particularly if you are in the UK! :P
