2013 SLK 55 PP
Just picked up my new SLK55 with PP to join my collection. Fun little car, I missed my R171 SLK55. Getting the headliner and pillars done with alcantara with red contrast stitching in the coming weeks.

I thought about doing a renntech tune on it. That's what's on my CLS and I've been happy with it. I'd eventually want to do headers though, but renntech only does the shorty headers and I'd want longtubes so I wouldn't be able to get a matching tune for them. I'm waiting to see who comes out with a tune and headers I want. So far no headers out yet.

That's why I got it. It's not as brute force, but it's a featherweight as far as AMG goes. It loves to be tossed around corners unlike the other much heavier cars in the lineup. Most people look down on them compared to the SL, but after having owned a SL55 and 65 they're not near as fun to drive as the SLK due to their weight and softer suspensions.

I'm very interested in what headers will be produced. Long tubes would be a great compliment to the car.
