CLS55 Brake Calipers on a SLK55?
Hello fellow members. My mate has a 2006 CLS55 with red calipers and he is willing to swap them with mine (stock silver ones) but I'm not sure if they'll fit without any modification? does anybody know if its a direct swap?
PS. My car has the 2 piece rotors upfront, are those standard for all SLK55's? I was aware that the 2 piece rotors came on cars with Performance package?

2000 (W202 C200) & 2000 (W202 C55)
The SLK55 got 6-pots with 340x30 Rotors, & 2-pieces of Pads each caliper,, and its very good & very lightweight brakes,,
the CLS55 uses 6-pots with 360x36 Rotors, & 4-pieces of Pads each caliper,, and its heavier than your brakes,,
I didn’t see any good advance to go with that.....

Thank you guys for your responses. I was not looking to gain any breaking benefits. The only reason why I was looking to swap them is because his are powder coated red. And I want to powder coat mine. This way I would avoid having to pay $600-700 to have mine powder coated.
