2001 SLK 230 Komp & 2003 S430

cold trans shift

2001 SLK 230 Kompressor has tough shift when cold, overnite or longer seems to hang till it shifts then all is OK. 109K
Any thoughts????

2005 SLK55 AMG

i read in the user manual on my 2005 SLK that it does that intentionally to help warm up the transmission.
