comfort ride on SLK 55

I just sold my 2000 SL500 and picked up a 2006 SK55 AMG and the ride is a little rougher that I thought it would be. It has 60K miles on it and supposedly all the service is up to date. Am I just wishing for something that isn't there?

Lower your tires pressure down to about 35 psi. I just went through 2nd set of Falken tires 453. I like these tires a lot with softer side wall.

Thanks for the reply. I have Carbon Series CS88's, 225/40ZR-18 all around. I don't like that a bit. I know their supposed to be staggered, 225/40-18 on the front and 245/35-18 on the rear. The tire pressure was way off, and I should have known to check that first. There was 27-28 lbs. front, 30-32 lbs. rear. I went with the recommended tire pressure and it rides a lot better. Actually the tires are not bad, so I'll live with them for a while, and then replace them with probably Conti X-treme Sport or maybe I'll give the Falkens a try.
