i can put 255 and 235 on 18 multi spike wheels ?

2006 SLK55, 2014 E63 Wagon
Assuming these are the stock R171 SLK55 rims, yes on 255 on the rear, but I don't think the fronts will take a 235 since stock width is only 7.5 inches wide. Good luck!
