does it have a tv tuner? i forget to ask the salesguy, when he was confirming the options, by the way, he told me the surround system is by Bose!

depends what car you are getting. If you're getting a euro spec car, then most likely you can watch TV. If you're getting a US version, most likely not. They disable that stuff in US.

 

There is NO tuner in either the US nor the European spec Command III.
In Europe, the unit can play Movie DVDs (up to walking speed that is, at which point it disables it) as well as mp3 (though the latter is an option to enable the decoder). I don't know if these 2 options are going to make it to the US. In Europe the Command system also dynamically reroutes you due to traffic and accidents, something that is not available in the US. But again, no Tuner.
