Airscarf on SLK55?
Is it standard or an option? It says its N/A as part of the "Heating Package" (323) but it's an option for "Equipment Availability" (403). Does that mean that we get heated seats standard but have to order the Airscarf separately?

On the SLK55:
AIRSCARF is an option. Heated seats are standard.
On the SLK350:
AIRSCARF only available as part of heating package.
This is per the current 2005 SLK350/SLK55 brochure.
Since your car is already on order, did you get it?

I didn't order it with the airscarf. I wasn't too sure if I would need it since I live in So Cal but upon reading some posts from other people that have used it, I'm now considering it.

Is your order in netstar yet (I asssume) ? You should be able to change you order if you wanted to. I like the airscarf - and come one, it gets quite cool in SoCal winter nights when driving with an open-top car :-)
If you just recently placed your order, I'm sure they can change anything you want without any trouble; it'll probably be a bit before a PO is created on the car anyway.
Good luck,
Dan
