Here is an update on my decision for ECU tune on my '06 SLK55 AMG:
I determined the best ECU tune for my car was with The Mercedes Swap Shop and Josh Chase as I have had experience with him and his ECU tune on my '05 Crossfire. I can feel the increased performance over stock where the car throws you back in seat when flooring it! The car rear wheels break loose in 1st and 2nd gear in manual transmission mode. There is more torque from a dead stop as well as the 60mph punch
Overall, I'm thrilled with the result of the tunes where driving the car is much more enjoyable...it is a sleeper when driving normally but look out when you punch it you're thrown back in your seat...wow!
