Weird noise / whine on my M113

Hello everyone,

I noticed a weird noise / whine on my SLK55. I thought its normal, however my friends SLK55 doesnt have it.

My car is from 2005 and has 101.000km

Below there are two videos where you can hear the noise

The whine doesn‘t really go away, after driving 9km I still notice it, only when driving quickly for ~40km it gets less noticeable.

I‘m not sure (however feel like) it got louder after changing the oil to Mobil1 0W-40.

I‘ve read many different things from belts, to the water pump, airpump, oil pump, transmission oil pump,…

Maybe one of you had a similar problem and recognizes the noise.

I would be so thankful for every bit of advice!!

I took a listen to my 2006 SLK55 and did hear a bit of whine after the cold start, but it went away after the engine warmed up and also sounded the same after a brisk 30-minute run through a local canyon. I'm currently running Liqui Moly 5W40 motor oil. Have you taken it to your mechanic to get their opinion? Best of luck on figuring it out!

I have an '06 SLK55 AMG where the secondary air pump will run until the car is warm which is the sound I hear in the first video.
The second video the sound may be a worn bearing (sound of grinding due to worn bearing).
I'd recommend taking to an independent Mercedes shop for evaluation.
